Celery Beef
(Robert's recipe, more or less)

What you need

6 oz beef
2 stalks celery
2 - 3 red jalapenos or similar spicy red pepper
2 thai peppers
3 cloves garlic
1 inch ginger
peanut oil
1/3 lemon

How to do it

Chop celery into thin slices and put into a bowl. Chop red peppers into rings and seed, but into the same bowl
Chop thai peppers, garlic, and ginger into smallish pieces, put in another bowl.
Slice beef thinly, cut into (largish) bite sized pieces.
Heat peanut oil in skillet over high heat. Cook celery and red peppers until celery starts to brown. Add beef. When one side is brown, flip. When both sides brown but insides still too pink, add garlic, ginger, and thai peppers. Cook until beef is done. Remove to plate, squirt lemon juice over it.
